Public bug reported:

Currently running the current version of Kodi on Ubuntu 16.04LTS on a
HTPC connected to the internet over WiFi,and I've noticed a trend:

When I launch Kodi, the host system shortly loses it's internet
connectivity shortly thereafter.

I cannot reproduce the same issue when I build Kodi from source or
install it from the package manager on Ubuntu 14.04 and earlier.

The same issue also doesn't occur on Windows.

At the moment, it seems to be related to Zeroconf. When it's set to
disabled (in the settings UI in Kodi), I cannot reproduce the issue.

Would that qualify as a bug?
