Public bug reported:

Steps to reproduce:

* add a working file sync account using the client
* tray icon > Settings ... > choose the tab for the account you created > 
Account dropdown > Add new > click the close button on the window that opens
* Now try to return to the settings window by clicking tray icon > Settings 
once again

Expected behaviour:

Settings window should reopen.

Actual behaviour:

Nada. You have to restart the owncloud client to get back into settings.
