Public bug reported: Binary package hint: reiserfsprogs
Environment: Ubuntu 6.06 Steps to reproduce: - create a RAID5 using four ~300MB disks. Total array size is 839G. The array is on /dev/md0. [maybe the bug would appear without RAID too] - mkfs.reiserfs -b 8192 /dev/md0 - mount /dev/md0 /media/raid Result: "Mount" does not recognize the file system. However, if the block size is 4096 - the file system is created and working perfectly. ** Affects: reiserfsprogs (Ubuntu) Importance: Untriaged Status: Unconfirmed ** Summary changed: - mkfs.reiserfs create an unmountable file system + mkfs.reiserfs creates an unmountable file system -- mkfs.reiserfs creates an unmountable file system https://launchpad.net/bugs/60894 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
