1. As you recommended I've updated the BIOS with the latest available (http://h20565.www2.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=5193139&swLangOid=8&swEnvOid=54). 2. Also updated to the latest version of the p220i array firmware version:7.02 (B) (7 Apr 2016) (http://h20564.www2.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=5295173&swItemId=MTX_5eefac6975804f6883dccef50a&swEnvOid=4064). This is the output of dmidecode commands: A26 03/07/2016 Still the disks can't be detected by the hpsa linux kernel driver.
