Public bug reported:

On the desktop there is the entry "open terminal" in the context menu,
but I expected "open terminal here". Therefore the terminal will be
opened with the home directory as its working directory. For me this
behavior seems to be utterly illogical. I would rather like it to be
opened with the desktop directory as its working directory.

If someone wants the home directory, there are already
some options:
* add a terminal starter to the starters bar
* use CTRL+ALT+t
* open the file manager (home), then "open terminal here"
* Dash "ter"

Ubuntu 16.04 (after upgrading from 14.04)
German language pack ("Desktop" is named "Schreibtisch")
Desktop environment Unity

** Affects: nautilus-open-terminal (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
