I'm setting this report to verification-done, because the problem is fixed:
1. Previously, if you create a connection from the menu instead of connecting to an SSID that's listed in the discovered Wi-Fi, and select the encryption method, WPA/WPA2 Enterprise is inactive (listed but cannot be selected). 2. This is not presented the same way when connecting to a discovered SSID, but user is not able to connect any 802.1X connection because support for such type of encryption is inactive. 3. After installing the update, creation of 802.1X connections are possible. <-- So the bug is fixed. 4.
