Hello all, I have probably same issue (freeze on Xenserver 6.5 with timekeeper.c in backtrace) when unsuspending 14.04 VMs with 3.19 kernels.
To determine latest stable kernel version I've tested following versions of kernel package: linux-image-3.19.0-56-generic - Unsuspend works, XenMotion - not tested linux-image-3.19.0-58-generic - Unsuspend works, XenMotion - works linux-image-3.19.0-59-generic - Unsuspend causes kernel panic with timekeeper.c, Xenmotion - kernel panic linux-image-3.19.0-61-generic - Unsuspend causes kernel panic with timekeeper.c, Xenmotion - kernel panic We have some Ubuntu systems in production with 3.19.0-61 and can't maintain our hypervisors well because it is not possible neither move Ubuntu VM out of server nor suspend for maintenance time. Tested on two pairs of Xenserver systems: pair#1 - updates up to XS65ESP1023 pair#2 - updates up to XS65ESP1026 and XS65ESP1028 Please, let me know if I can give more information of test some fix. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1593621 Title: Kernel panic after migration between XenServer 6.5 hosts To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1593621/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
