Should the block-proposed tag be removed now that mencoder is back in Ubuntu?
I see on http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/proposed- migration/yakkety/update_excuses.html that divxenc depends on faac which is in multiverse so should this package also be demoted to multiverse?
