urho: the problem with m4a and crossfader is bug 138728 (m4a files playback choppy with crossfading on) and has been reported to and confirmed by upstream.
Антон Иванов: can you please advise if you have crossfading enabled (Edit -> Preferences -> Playback)? From the trace you attached it looks like you have (I see crossfade=-1).
