That patch does not apply cleanly on qemu (2.0.0+dfsg, from trusty). There are changes in "kvmclock_pre_save" and "kvmclock_post_save", there's only "kvmclock_vm_state_change" in 2.0.0.
Peeking at the 4 referenced patches on https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=786789 the code changes are "about the same", so I'll concatenate those 4 and build that.
