I just noticed that short after unlocking the screen, if the "window" that You 
see in the picture is set as the very first thing You see, the alarm clock 
shows itself as active (the switch is green) and after a few seconds it 
switches itself automatically to grey-turned off position. So the phone really 
"thinks" for a few seconds that the alarm clock is active.
On my phone it worked this way:
1. Turn alarm clock off.
2. Set the screen that you see in an attachment as visible.
3.Wait untill the screen locks itself.
4.Unlock the screen 
5.For a few seconds after unlocking You're gonna see that the alarm is active 
(green switch) then after a few seconds the switch turnes automatically to grey 
(alarm off) without touching the screen.
