Public bug reported:
I've been trying to save a document of just plain text, and everytime I
go to save, the save document dialog pops up, but so does the Recover
File dialog. I filed in the save document fields, but the document
never saves.
Note: the original reporter indicated the bug was in package
'openoffice'; however, that package was not published in Ubuntu.
