The test kernel I built an post in comment #295 was Ubuntu-3.13.0-86.131
with d215f91 reverted.  However, d215f91 was committed in
Ubuntu-3.13.0-35.61.

I wonder if it could be that the second bad commit is actually between
3.13.0-35.61 and 3.13.0-86.131.

Can you continue to run 4c48c35 from the original bisect and see if it
is good for a long period?

As another test to see if there is a second bad commit added later in
Trusty 3.13, I can build a 3.13.0-35.62 kernel with d215f91 reverted.
