My Huion 1060Plus tablet stopped working after upgrading from 15.10 to 16.04. I consulted this thread, and several others. The previously suggested remedy of sudo rmmod hid_uclogic && sudo insmod /lib/modules/$(uname -r)/kernel/drivers/hid/hid-uclogic.ko
did not work for me. I tried removing digimend-dkms_6_all.deb; that did not help, nor did re-adding the package. What helped : I used apt-file to determine that /lib/modules/$(uname -r)/kernel/drivers/hid/hid-uclogic.ko was owned by linux-image-extra-$(uname -r)-generic. I then did apt-get install --reinstall linux-image-extra-$(uname -r)-generic, and rebooted. Now, the tablet, the pen, really, worked. xinput_calibrator --list shows : Device "1060PRO Pen" id=14 The tablet, which was present under 15.10 is not showing up.
