upgrade?

Can you, to be sure, provide the `apt-cache policy bacula` output?

I don't believe (not 100%) the issue you're hitting is directly related
to my backport. StartTime should have a default value of 0, if I'm
reading the code right.

Can you also run something like:

mysql -u bacula -p
SHOW COLUMNS FROM Job From bacula LIKE 'StartTime';

and see if a default value is set?
