Hi Kei, thanks for your patch, I've pushed your changes into the PCL fork:
https://github.com/PointCloudLibrary/Sensor and into the corresponding Debian package: https://packages.debian.org/sid/libopenni-sensor-pointclouds0 so it will be part of the next Ubuntu release. Note that I maintain the pointclouds fork to keep the primesense version without patches. Also, it's not possible (at least for such a patch) to be integrated into trusty. If you need it for an old Ubuntu release, it's usually the best to put it into an PPA on launchpad.
