You see, thats the problem! They are too small in comparison with my
finger. If I put my finger on this tiny blue thing, my fingers covers
already after zooming 2-3 line of text. I can't see where is the
handler. Now as someone put it over the text, situation is even worse
what i reported in another bug: How can you place a handler over the
text if your finger comes always from bottom of the screen?

The correct solution is:

1. A handler big enough to "get" it with a finger as in my photo
2. We can't cover a whole handler! It has to be longer so that we can still see
some part of it and what it does. This way we get precision. The text should be
selected or cursor steered OVER a handler so that we don't cover everything as
it takes place at the moment. Because of the handlers that are to small we
cover our job with relatively to the screen (even by M10) size HUGE finger. And
my finger are not the bigger ones that one can have.

I try to do what You wrote. It is impossible. See a photo taken on M10.
Now what about E4.5? I think my photo says everything. Now really try
the same on Android to see how it should work.
