When you enter the key does it select a process with that character anywhere it is name? For example I have the following processes: bash bluetooth-applet bonbo-activation-server checkgmail compiz compiz.real dbus-daemon gconfd-2
If I'm looking for the gconfd-2 and start typing 'g' it selects checkgmail with the first character because it is searching for that character sequence anywhere within the process name, further entering a 'c' to have gc it jumps down the gconfd-2. Is this what you are seeing? ** Changed in: ubuntu Status: New => Incomplete -- [Gutsy] System Monitor searching for a process doesn't work ok https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/150842 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
