  Expected results:
  With a SIM card
  1. The signal logo displayed X icon,
  2. No service displayed in indicator3
  3. Unable to display emergency call at step 2.
  Without SIM card
  1. No signal bar.
  2. SIM card logo is empty.
  
  Actual result:
  With a SIM card
  1.No signal bar
  2.Missing "no service" prompt in indicator.
