If you run 'do-release-upgrade' it will try to upgrade to Wily (we skip End of Life releases and wily isn't yet EoL in the meta-release file and LP), if you use the -d switch it won't skip releases and will try and upgrade to utopic. For upgrade testing we aren't interested in upgrades from T to U anymore, and probably not T to W either.
