------- Comment From ofe...@il.ibm.com 2016-08-24 00:54 EDT------- Hi, a few things to clear up... We do not run jsch on Ubuntu... at the moment it runs on either RHEL/SLES... But we do use jsch to access Ubuntu and issue remote commands on Ubuntu. The code we are using is making sure there is no more data to pull before closing and has been reviewed by the jsch community. The code works fine executing remote commands on SLES9/10/11/12 and RHEL4/5/6/7 and is being used for more than 5 years with no issues... For Ubuntu for some reason we keep getting empty output strings every once in a while (with very bad implications on the product). We did not find any issue with jsch and the theory is that some race condition or other issue on Ubuntu might be causing this.
