The package builds fine in universe.

The package is a new dependency of golang-github-coreos-go-systemd, which is in
main.

This is a source package which will only be used by other Go projects that
build-depend on it.
Upstream have been quite active in responding to bugs in my experience.
[Quality assurance]
This is a very simple package, in the usual course of things it is installed
only as part of building other go programs. There are no open bugs in Ubuntu or
Debian. It has a watch file.
[Dependencies]
All (build-)dependencies are already in main.
[Standards compliance]
The package is an entirely routine golang package.
[Maintenance]
The ~ubuntu-lxc team is subscribed to bugs. I'll try to get snappy and juju
developers to subscribe (lxd, snapd and juju all depend on this bug via
go-systemd).
