Hello, I maintain supervisor in Debian and I am really sorry for the trouble i caused here. I didn't know that i had to build-depend on dh-systemd and change d/rules for the package to be enabled since for sys-v there is no such thing needed.
I received a bug report in Debian but didn't think it was urgent because i hadn't looked here as well :/ Again really sorry for the trouble i caused. I uploaded a new version of supervisor and fixed this issue. I am not sure what i can do more though for ubuntu 16.04. I am open to suggestions for anyone familiar with ubuntu proceedings.
