you should be able to fix this issue, creating a file as following:
$ cat /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/jabra.conf

Identifier "Jabra Audio docking station"

MatchVendor "GN_Netcom_A_S"
Option "Ignore" "true"
EndSection
