Public bug reported:
I was confused about how to access to _mysql>_ without mysql's root
password so purged and reinstalled then I got errors whenever I try to
reinstall with dpkg

I'm thinking about installing manually the mysql community server with
cmake and other tools. I have no idea what is happening with systemd and
