Ok, I've done some inspection, and I've got things as good as I can packaging wise. Unfortunately, there is a large amount of Canonical code that has no copyright assigned to it, mostly in the qml code.
I will dig around on LP to see if I can determine who originally wrote the code for sed files, and it may be covered in debian/copyright already, but if I were an archive admin, I wouldn't allow this in as things stand.
