Well, the question might be what does that log mean? The following grep "error:" libvirtd_bala.log shows that the initially reported error shows no more up - is that good?
Only a few stopping guests can be seen, a la "Error on monitor internal error: End of file from monitor". That could or could not be a totally different issue. Maybe bugproxy forgot to mirror your comment related to that file?
