Vladimir, it used to be a link, but it is supposed to be a regular file
now. That seems to be where the confusion lies. On a proper fresh
puritine update, it should have created/merged the regular file. The
article from 2 June is outdated.

libertine-container-manager is trying to overwrite the document at
$HOME/.local/share/libertine/ContainersConfig.json, which in your case
incorrectly points to an unwritable file.
