Maybe Ubuntu GNOME should install this by default, but I'm leaning towards not
doing it for Ubuntu 16.10 because:
1) The release cycle is nearly over
2) Ubuntu GNOME does not install Chrome/Chromium by default
3) This is just the connector. The extension still currently requires manual
installation from the Chrome Web Store.

By the way, I believe GNOME Software 3.22 (which I think there's a
reasonable chance we'll get for Ubuntu 17.04) will have integrated
install of extensions from extensions.gnome.org.
