I have uploaded a new version of initramfs-tools to my ppa, I would
again appreciate testing on this.  Notably I fixed an bug that was
causing all_netbootable_devices to be tried instead of the interface
specified on the command line.

I also now handle the case where ip=:::::bootif , which really shouldn't
be a concern to most.

I still think ip=bootif might fail *(if /run/net-${DEVICE}.conf does not
exist), but as this is an anaconda use case and not a mainline kernel
use case I'll ignore it for the purpose of the SRU.
