Enable the userfaultfd() system call that allows to intercept and
handle page faults in userland.

How to test:

stress-ng -v --userfaultfd 1 --metrics-brief --syslog --tz -t 180

if disabled it will print:

stress-ng-userfaultfd: userfaultfd                failed, errno = 38
(Function not implemented)

while, if enabled:

stress-ng: debug: [445] starting stressors
stress-ng: debug: [445] 1 stressor spawned
stress-ng: debug: [446] stress-ng-userfaultfd: started [446] (instance 0)
stress-ng: debug: [446] stress-ng-userfaultfd: exited [446] (instance 0)
