@ Scott Kitterman: I've subscribed you to this bug, since it always hurts if there is to much a gap between Debian/Ubuntu.
I've found an open Debian-bugreport: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=794438 (Aug.2015-severity=G) Just currently the development of the 26th edition of (K)Ubuntu has opened, which on the the long run leads to a stable LTS (something like 3 yrs. support, probably). Even with the knowledge, that that you are not involved anymore in Ubuntu-Development any longer, I'd be interested in a point of exchange. If you don't feel you can find an probable answer into this, please feel free to unsubscribe. Thanks & regards. >> OT sidestep: the kpartition-manager just recently nuked to dual-boot systems (WIN/Linux) on two different systems for me, mainly due to the fact that it wouldn't align correctly, and probably due to an too old ntfs-3g in Ubuntu – learned my lesson to only use gparted-live. As always backups were made before the transaction. <<OT ** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #794438 http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=794438 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1635756 Title: KDE Partition Manager 2.2.1 needs packaging To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/partitionmanager/+bug/1635756/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
