Binary package hint: verbiste-gnome
I run a daily updated Gutsy. I added the verbiste gnome applet but I
cannot type into its field.
I deactivated compiz (returning to "none" in the visual effects
preferences) and then I could type.
Reactivating compiz reproduces the bug.
