Note there are two Debian bugs, which are both marked as fixed since package version 1:3.16.2-1: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=776093 https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=808386
However, this does not seem to be the case. The upstream bug is https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=741939, but that bug has been "FIXED" by introducing a workaround in the code, which enforces bright theme on gucharmap instead of actually making use of the theme's colors. I wouldn't call that a fix though. ** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #776093 http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=776093 ** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #808386 http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=808386 ** Bug watch added: GNOME Bug Tracker #741939 https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=741939 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1637959 Title: Gnome Font Viewer (gucharmap) displays characters white-on-white when global dark theme is on To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-font-viewer/+bug/1637959/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
