Ok, some quick bug research has gotten me some messy and frustrating results. This issue has already been raised with the deskbar packagers, who basically said 'its recommended, they should figure it out' I might try to track down a desktop team person this afternoon on IRC and see if thats really the policy for something like this, however, a good short- term solution is I will (hopefully mon or tues when my net is installed) roll a new beagle package that depends on python-beagle, so anyone seriously thinking about/wanting to use the plugin will already have it.
Of course, a more permanent/real solution would be convincing someone at deskbar to add it as a dependency. While opera is a great phone browser, getting to these pages is a major PITA, so even a new bug (doing a nice description) would be helpful, sorry its not something I can do until my roomates stop being stingy bums (jk) and investigating every ISP in SLC. (or just being informed consumers).
