Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: adept-manager

>From Feisty Fawn 7.04 to 7.10 Gutsy
Trying to update to Gutsy Gibbon Adept manager doesn't get rid of situations
where some system scripts have been changed by the user. Executing the command
"sudo apt-get dist-upgrade" will solve the problem and continue with the
process asking what to do with the update of the changed script.

In my case, I changed bash.bashrc to perform compile optimizations every
time I compile something.

** Affects: adept (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
