You filed a *desktop documentation* bug. Such bugs are reviewed by volunteers who work with documentation. Your problem has nothing to do with the desktop guide, right? So this is apparently not the right place to complain.
If you want help to figure out how it's supposed to work, please seek support. I posted a link to one of the possibilities you have. If you want to raise a discussion on how Ubuntu deals with kernel updates, then I'd recommend that you post a message to the ubuntu-devel- discuss mailing list. https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-devel-discuss Thanks. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1641120 Title: too many kernels produce start loop To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-docs/+bug/1641120/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
