Public bug reported: Tried upgrade on spinning disk, crashed. Had to perform total server reload. Tried upgrade on SSD, have crash reports but where to upload. The 16.04 machine has no operational network in crashed system. On SSD login graphically but stops before anything. Then bug report pops up. After trying to send, no network. Copy crash report to other machine ... The only other observation was 'plasmashell err' Finally got bug sent to you.
