This PCManFM version is outdated and not supported for many years now,
so this issue is definitely fixed now.

pcmanfm crashing frequently in Lubuntu. The conditions under which
this happens are random. Ran "ubuntu-bug pcmanfm" and just kept
getting "(apport-gtk:3363): Gtk-WARNING **: Theme parsing error: gtk-
bars.css:218:16: Themeing engine 'adwaita' not found ".
