Public bug reported: If laptop goes to sleep and than resume, there are some chance that cinnamon-screensaver wouldn't show password dialog. It shows time at background, but to not displays dialog regardless of key stokes or mouse movements.
If at that moment one logs in via console (Ctrl-F1) and kills cinnamon- screensaver and switches back to X, it will redraw it with login dialog. It's really annoying.
