I've tried with 3.13.0-100 and it worked. I tried with 3.13.0-106 and it failed.
I've attached the requested apport-collect information from a 3.13.0-106 kernel; however, because of the nature of the bug, I had to boot that kernel via GRUB 2, not via the EFI stub loader.
