Binary package hint: openoffice.org
When right-clicking on an automatically generated table of contents, the
"Alignment" option is obscured by a white circle. However, if a portion
of the text of the table of contents is selected before right-clicking
the circle is rendered to the left of the word "Alignment" rather than
on top of it.
