** Description changed:

I would like to request that all dependancies should be reduced to the
absolute minimum for each packages and libraries.

In current (and past) version of Ubuntu (aspecially after updating the
system to a never version), most dependancies are getting messed up and
some times one packages are depending from another and the second ones
from the first ones that there is created a loop with makes unable to
uninstall, re-install the packages. Many times if I (or probably other
- users) want to install some new packages agter system update, they
+ users) want to install some new packages after system update, they
require packages (or libraries) with are unavaliable.
