I'm having the same problem (I think). I believe the cause is that kde4base is at version .93 but kdelibs5 is at .94 (which seems to have the effect of kde4base depending upon libsoprano3 and kdelibs5, while at the same time kdelibs5 depends upon libsoprano4. Libsoprano4 and libsoprano3 conflict therefore making it all uninstallable). Presumably the kde4base package just needs to be upgraded in the repository. Hopefully someone will sort it out soon.
