Public bug reported: I am unable to access the dash, or open the Terminal from here, to send the files you ask for. The installation was going OK till perhaps half way though downloading and installing, then just stopped. I downloaded the .ISO file and put it on a flash drive - and was attempting to install it to another (32GB) flash drive. This was so I could re-format the HDD before re-installing it there. I have used Ubuntu for some years and just before Christmas upgraded to 16.04. Since then I have been unable to install my printer (Brother HL-3040CN) which doesn't appear on the list, nor could I install other software from the Ubuntu selection. Thank you
