I am unable to access the dash, or open the Terminal from here, to send the 
files you ask for.
The installation was going OK till perhaps half way though downloading and 
installing, then just stopped.
I downloaded the .ISO file and put it on a flash drive - and was attempting to 
install it to another (32GB) flash drive. This was so I could re-format the HDD 
before re-installing it there.
I have used Ubuntu for some years and just before Christmas upgraded to 16.04.
Since then I have been unable to install my printer (Brother HL-3040CN) which 
doesn't appear on the list, nor could I install other software from the Ubuntu 
selection.
