Christopher M. Penalver, sorry for the delay. I've booted liveUSB and
installed the last three Ubuntu LTS (12.04.5, 14.04.5 and 16.04.1) and
all of them have the exactly same behaviour. When booted from the
LiveUSB, both WiFi and BLuetooth works like a charm, but when booted
after a fresh install, Wifi works and bluetooth is not detected (no
device installed), and in all the cases, after a system "Suspend",
Bluetooth is detected again.

I don't know what's the source of this problem but I'm quite sure that
this is not a simply regression on a kernel version.
