I have a toshiba A205-4777. I using method C from https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Gutsy_Intel_HD_Audio_Controller and almost everything works.
The internal and front mics work and the headphone sense kinda works. The sound is muted from the speakers when I insert the headphones, but if I adjust the volumn from the front knob the speakers get unmuted.
