Okay... I restarted Evolution several times, and that didn't help. But today I restarted my computer, and now I have 6 versions of the account... So it did work in some way... :-)
After deleting the duplicate accounts, and checking for mail I got the error "SPNEGO cannot find mechanisms to negotiate". I solved it by changing from Kerobos to NTML in the receiving mail settings (just if anyone search for a solution to that problem). So maybe this bug can be closed? And a new one created that points out that the account is created, but not visible before a complete restart? Thanks for the great work with this extension!
