Public bug reported: It ended up uninstalling other programs when I used 'sudo apt autoremove'; I guess it was my fault on that; I installed (tried to) the Atom IDE and it stopped working in the middle, it told me to use 'sudo apt autoremove', which I used and crashed the packages and then I used 'sudo apt update', all the things that weren't uninstalled seem to be working fine.
