This is generally reported when you have changed your default python
interpretor from Python 2 to Python 3 or some other version. You really
should not change this as it will lead to unexpected behavior like what
you have observed.

I am marking this "Invalid", however if you have additional details
about the issue please feel free to add them here and mark this as "New"
to be looked at again.
